Thanks, all, for a fun BOO-Fest!

A huge thank-you to everyone who came out for our annual Band Boo-Fest! From the spooky decorations to the delicious potluck dishes and the brave souls who rocked the karaoke mic, it was a frightfully fun night for all. We’re so grateful for our amazing band families, students, and volunteers who keep the music — and the spirit — alive. Here’s to more treats, no tricks, and a fantastic fall season ahead!

Future Warriors Pep Band Extravaganza – Friday!

We’re thrilled to welcome our future CHS band students for 8th Grade Band Night! Students from our feeder schools will join the us for an evening of music, food, and fun.

The night kicks off with pizza at 5:15 PM, followed by section breakouts where 8th graders and CHS band members will get to know each other, play together, and experience what it’s like to be part of the Cleveland Band family.

The evening wraps up with a high-energy Pep Band concert at 7:15 PM in the auditorium — an event guaranteed to raise the roof! Families, friends, and community members are invited to come cheer on our young musicians.

Bring your earplugs — it’s going to be LOUD, proud, and full of Warrior spirit!

👉Please sign-up here.

What a great night we had on Friday, October 4th!

The music was great, the students had a great time, the adults hopefully had a great time too!

I want to first thank all of the adults that stepped up to assist with this huge lift of an event!
This event was first created to build community both for the students and parents in the program.
Hopefully, we achieved that.

Secondly, I want to thank everyone that donated to our program. It is alway humbling to see such tremendous support from so many.
Our program is fully funded for this year, and we will be able to provide excellent opportunities for ALL of the students in our program.

Finally, a big thank you to our Friends of Cleveland board who helped make all of this happen. Without FOCB, this event just could not happen. There are too many moving parts between the chaperoning, the dinner for the students, the GoFundMe page, and the live streaming of the event. The list is long and it all happened!!

We are off to a great start! Thank you again to all that were involved in this event, whether you were here helping, or donating, or both!

Musically Yours,
Gary Riler

And with that, we hope you enjoy the video! (big thanks to Dave Bleckman for editing!)

DONATE HERE AT OUR GOFUNDME

It’s time to play the music, it’s time to light the lights!

Doors will be open at 4pm for everyone to come watch our band play live. The bands love to perform for a live audience, and the best way to experience live music is in person. If you cannot make it in person the event will be streaming on the Cleveland Bands Website or our GoFundMe page

There will be door prizes

Generous businesses have donated items to support our band. There will be an entry box for you to provide your name and email address to be entered into a drawing for one of several door prizes. One entry per person please. No purchase necessary, but there will be a donation box to drop off a check or scan a QR code near the door prize entry box if you are so inclined.

All donors who contribute through the GoFundMe site before Monday October 6th will automatically be entered into the door prize drawing.

Prizes will randomly be awarded to GoFundMe donors and physical entries collected at the Play-A-Thon on Monday October 6th. Recipients will be contacted by email.
