All participants and at least on parent are required to meet on Wednesday, March 11, 6:00 pm. There will be a great deal of information provided, as well as materials handed out. We will not have a second meeting, so it is essential that at least one parent and the student are in attendance.
EDT (the travel company that is handling our tour to LA) has been closely monitoring the situation, currently, the CDC doesn’t consider our destination, as with most, to be a “Watch Level” and there are no warnings or advisories discouraging people from traveling there. This is a fluid situation that they will continue to monitor and share information with us as it becomes available. Attached is company statement from EDT president.
