Join us Friday, April 21st at 7pm in the CHS Auditorium for performances from our Jazz Ensemble, Jazz Lab and at least one additional combo. Admission is free. Make sure to stick around after the concert for delicious treats.
Please upload any photos or videos of the concert to our Google Photo album.
We need volunteers to help make sure all of our musicians are prepared for the Starlight Parade. No sewing experience necessary, a lead volunteer will guide the process each day.
The FOCB still has a few board positions we need filled:
These roles have a big impact on our work and don’t require much time. Questions? Ready to volunteer? Email our Volunteer Coordinator at volunteer.coordinator@clevelandbandspdx.com
We have one more important extra rehearsal this month:
These early rehearsals are very important, because as we get closer to May we lose IB students to testing.
Therefore, these two rehearsals are EXTREMELY important.
Our Concert and Symphonic Bands will be performing at Lincoln HS on April 19 for the PIL JV Band Festival.
Please be sure your young musician has all of their appropriate concert attire. Everything should be black, including the shoes. Please avoid jeans, t-shirts, polo shirts, tennis shoes and white socks. The attire for concerts is considered formal.
If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Mr. Riler – griler@pps.net
We need ONE more chaperone for this event! Please reach out to our Volunteer Coordinator at volunteer.coordinator@clevelandbandspdx.com if you’re able to help out.
The official acceptance invites were sent out the week before Spring Break and during Spring Break.
